Paving in Miramar.

Miramar has HOA communities, larger residential driveways, and commercial corridors that often need parking lot surface work. The estimate should cover material rules, drainage, traffic access, and whether striping belongs in the same scope.

Request an estimate

Your property. Your neighborhood.

Driveway, paver, HOA, and commercial parking lot work for southern Broward properties.

Coverage is confirmed by address and project scope.

HOA material notes

Miramar neighborhoods may have rules for paver colors, borders, or driveway width. Share association documents before the estimate if they are available.

Residential driveways with wider fronts

Many projects involve wider approaches or added parking. The quote should account for the current surface, the extension area, and how rain drains toward the street or lawn.

Commercial lots

Parking areas can need asphalt repairs, resurfacing, and striping at the same time. Separating those parts in the estimate helps property managers plan the work in phases if needed.

Before you inquire

  • Upload HOA rules for driveway width, colors, patterns, or borders.
  • Send photos of the driveway from the street and the garage.
  • For parking lots, include stall count, line condition, and work-window needs.
  • Mention gate access, tenant access, or business hours that affect scheduling.
Permits & inspections

Miramar driveway permits

Miramar’s Building Division lists a specific Slab, Driveway, and Paving application package and a separate driveway-detail document. Applications are submitted through the City’s online portal, which also supports payments, application status, and available inspection scheduling. The City’s published engineering fee schedule identifies a residential driveway plan-review-and-inspection fee of $150 plus an 8% surcharge, adopted through Resolution 24-191 on September 18, 2024. That schedule also shows a $200 reinspection or retesting charge and distinguishes broader engineering plan review, construction permits, road cuts, and encroachments. A commercial paving scope should therefore be submitted as its actual engineering or site-work scope, not priced from the residential driveway line.

  1. Choose the City package

Start with Miramar’s Slab, Driveway, and Paving package and driveway details. Use the online portal to submit the building permit application and include the plans and supporting documents the current package requires.

  2. Separate driveway work from larger site work

The City publishes separate engineering categories for residential driveways, site work, engineering plan review, road cuts, and encroachments. Identify whether the project is a residential driveway, a commercial site improvement, or public-area work before requesting a fee.

  3. Use the permit record for inspections

After issuance, schedule only the inspections available under the permit in the City portal. Contact the Building Division when the scope involves engineering or public right-of-way elements.

Questions about the area.

Can Miramar HOA documents be used in the estimate?

Yes. Send them with your request so material, color, width, and layout constraints are visible before the quote is prepared.

Can a commercial lot be paved and striped in one project?

Often, yes. The estimate can separate surface work and striping so the property manager can review timing and budget clearly.

Is southern Broward within the stated service area?

The site lists southern Broward County as part of the service area. Use the estimate form with the property address so the team can confirm fit for the specific project.
